RETURN and REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is any reason you are not fully satisfied, return the items in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange beyond 30 days of purchase.
All writing instruments are inspected and tested prior to shipping. Should your pen not work to your satisfaction, please contact us first at: info@mzhandcraftedwoodworking.com as there may be a simple resolution to the issue.
How to Return Items
Please contact us first at info@mzhandcraftedwoodworking.com so we are aware you are returning your item.
Your items must be in the unused condition and free of damage.
Include proof of purchase with your return.
Package the items in the original shipping materials as much as is possible.
Insure the package for the value of the items.
Email tracking number to info@mzhandcraftedwoodworking.com.
MZ Handcrafted Woodworking LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments of returned items.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.
Items Not Returnable
Items damaged in shipping. If your order was damaged in shipping, refer to: Policy Regarding Items Damaged During Shipping.
Items damaged in use or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
Custom orders are not returnable. However, we want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us at info@mzhandcraftedwoodworking.com so we can discuss your situation.
REFUNDS (where applicable):
When your items are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or payment processor within 15 days of notification. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days of notification, first check with your bank or credit card company as they may take longer to process the refund.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED
We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your items once we put it in custody of USPS for shipment. No refunds will be issued in this case. Your items are insured by USPS. Contact USPS to file a claim.
Refund of shipping charges:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Original shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to an error by MZ Handcrafted Woodworking LLC.
POLICY REGARDING ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER
All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Your package will be insured for the value of all items ordered. Once the package is accepted by USPS, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed.
If your item is received in a damaged condition, save all packaging material, document the damage, and contact USPS immediately to file a claim. Products damaged in shipping are not eligible for return and refund. We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your item once they are in the custody of USPS.
